So glad that the Mothering Mennonite book is out and that we’re planning all kinds of book celebrations. Kerry Fast, my co-editor, will be launching it with some of the Canadian contributors at the independent bookstore McNally Robinson in Winnipeg on June 24 (details here) and Demeter Press will include it in their June gala book launch the next night, on June 25 in Toronto. We’ll have at least one Kansas-based event for the book in fall, but for now we’re getting some nice publicity with this Bethel press release to area papers and Demeter Press has already been inundated by pre-orders!
