Conferences and speaking engagements for next year are quickly piling up. In October, I’ll be headed to Kansas City to chair a session at the Alliance of Artist Communities conference. A couple of weeks later, I’m speaking at the third annual Feminist Art History Conference in Washington, DC – which, I just realized, will be a few days after the election, so emotions could be running high! February will take us to New York – a talk at CAA for me, sightseeing for the rest of the family. And just yesterday, I received an invitation for an all-expenses-paid lecture at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna in June 2013, as part of their Gender Politics in the Art World lecture series. Vienna, here we come (next summer)!
